Position: Primary Science Teacher

As a Primary Science Teacher, you will teach science to students in lower and upper primary levels, aligning lessons with the UK National Curriculum. You will inspire curiosity through hands-on experiments, interactive lessons, and real-world applications. This role is ideal for educators who thrive in a collaborative, student-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging science lessons to Key Stages 1 and 2
• Integrate inquiry-based learning and practical experiments into daily instruction
• Use assessment strategies to monitor and support student progress
• Develop lesson plans aligned with the UK National Curriculum and Cambridge learning objectives
• Promote scientific thinking, environmental awareness, and teamwork
• Support extracurricular programs such as science fairs or clubs
• Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with teaching teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Education, or a related field
• Recognized teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching primary science
• Familiarity with the UK National Curriculum and Cambridge standards
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• High proficiency in spoken and written English
• Self-driven, adaptable, and committed to ongoing professional development
