Role Overview: Primary Teacher
As a Primary Teacher, you will plan and deliver differentiated lessons aligned with the British curriculum for students aged 5–11. You will nurture students’ academic, social, and emotional development while creating a stimulating classroom environment that fosters curiosity and independent learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons across core subjects
- Align teaching with British curriculum standards and school values
- Monitor student progress using formative and summative assessments
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure cohesive unit planning and best practices
- Communicate regularly with parents to support student learning and development
- Promote values-based education and model positive behavior
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school-wide initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a relevant field
- Valid teaching certification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of classroom teaching experience, preferably with the British curriculum
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for teaching in an international, multicultural school
