Role Summary: Primary Teacher

As a Primary Teacher at VFIS, you will design and implement engaging lessons that support students’ cognitive, emotional, and social development. You will foster a nurturing classroom environment that encourages inquiry, collaboration, and creativity. This role involves working closely with colleagues, supporting school-wide initiatives, and helping shape an inclusive, dynamic primary program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field
• Valid teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years of classroom experience at the primary level
• Strong pedagogical understanding of primary education practices
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• High proficiency in spoken and written English
• Comfortable using technology to enhance learning
• Collaborative, self-motivated, and proactive in curriculum development
• Committed to continuous professional growth and reflective practice
• Skilled in building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
