Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver dynamic and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse needs and learning styles of elementary school students.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn.
• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and technologies to enhance student engagement and comprehension.
• Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans, instructional materials, and student activities.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the academic and social-emotional growth of each child.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in education.
• Contribute to the school community through involvement in extracurricular activities, events, and committees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Teaching certification or licensure (or equivalent) for elementary education.
• Previous experience teaching in an elementary school setting, with a preference for candidates with experience in early childhood education.
• Genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their academic and personal growth.
• Positive, energetic personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and contribute to a supportive team culture.
• Fluency in English (additional language skills considered a plus).
