• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the IB Primary Years Programme curriculum.
• Foster inquiry-based learning and create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity.
• Implement a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support individual growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary units and enhance the overall educational experience.
• Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and the school community to support student well-being and academic success.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and stay updated on best practices in education.
• Contribute to the school’s extracurricular activities and events, promoting a holistic approach to education.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Teaching certification or qualification recognized by the International Baccalaureate Organization.
• Experience teaching in an IB PYP or similar international school setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of inquiry-based learning principles and the ability to implement them effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability, creativity, and a passion for lifelong learning.
