Position Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Grade 2 Homeroom Teachers who are passionate about early education. The ideal candidates will engage students in core subjects, helping them develop strong foundational skills while nurturing a love for learning. Candidates should create a supportive, inclusive classroom that respects individual differences and encourages academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans for core subjects (English, Math, Science) based on the Grade 2 curriculum.
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation, respect, and curiosity.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and personalized support.
• Incorporate interactive and hands-on activities to enhance learning experiences and engagement.
• Establish open communication with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress.
• Collaborate with other faculty to align grade-level teaching goals and methodologies.
• Participate actively in school events, professional development, and community-building initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience in primary education.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills tailored to young students.
• Experience in international or multicultural educational settings is an advantage.
