Rafic Hariri High School in Saida, Lebanon, is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join our esteemed educational institution. Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Implementation:

  • Develop and deliver dynamic lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Incorporate a variety of teaching methods and resources to ensure an engaging learning experience.
  • Utilize technology and interactive tools to enhance the educational process.
• Student Assessment and Development:
  • Monitor and assess student progress through regular testing, assignments, and classroom activities.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and development.
  • Identify and support students with special educational needs and collaborate with specialists as needed.
• Classroom Management:
  • Establish and maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment that promotes respect, learning, and cooperation.
  • Implement effective behavior management strategies to address and resolve any disciplinary issues.
  • Encourage students to take responsibility for their learning and behavior.
• Professional Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff to plan and coordinate curriculum activities and school events.
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school committees to contribute to the overall development of the school.
  • Foster strong relationships with parents and the community to support student learning and school initiatives.
• Extracurricular Involvement:
  • Engage in school extracurricular activities, such as clubs, sports, and cultural events, to enhance the students’ overall educational experience.
  • Assist in organizing and supervising school trips, projects, and special events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Teaching certification or qualification recognized in Lebanon.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching at the primary level.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic; additional languages are an asset.
• Strong understanding of child development and primary education best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
