Role: Primary Class Teacher

As a Primary Class Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping young minds, encouraging curiosity, and helping students develop essential skills for lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that align with the curriculum and promote a love for learning.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
• Develop lesson plans that incorporate creativity, innovation, and critical thinking.
• Use technology and digital tools to enhance the learning experience.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support individual growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to ensure student success.
• Encourage students to become independent learners who are confident in their abilities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A B.Ed. or a subject-related degree, along with a PGCE/PGDE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Proven experience teaching primary school students in an international or British curriculum school.
• A strong ability to share best teaching practices and lead by example.
• A passion for career growth, leadership, and sustainability in education.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.
• Strong IT and interpersonal communication skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
