Shanghai Qibao Dwight High School is a prestigious Sino-foreign cooperative school that blends the strengths of the Chinese and Western educational systems. Established through a partnership between Shanghai Qibao High School and Dwight School in New York, we offer a three-year, full-time boarding program for Grades 10–12. Our curriculum combines the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme with the Chinese National Curriculum in key subjects such as Chinese, History, Geography, and Politics.

Role Overview
As a Psychology Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that align with IB standards and prepare students for academic success. You will create a supportive classroom environment that encourages inquiry, discussion, and real-world application of psychological concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach IB Psychology and related courses to high school students
- Design creative and challenging lesson plans that integrate modern teaching strategies and technology
- Guide students in research projects, essays, and exam preparation
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-disciplinary learning experiences
- Support extracurricular activities related to psychology and mental health awareness
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant teaching experience
- Experience with the IB curriculum preferred
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth
