Position: Science Teacher (BTEC)

As a BTEC Science Teacher, you will guide students through applied science concepts, laboratory experiments, and real-world problem-solving. This role requires a teacher who can ignite curiosity and develop students’ scientific skills through engaging, inquiry-based lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach BTEC Science, covering topics such as biology, chemistry, and physics, with a focus on practical applications.
• Create interactive lessons and hands-on experiments that enhance student understanding.
• Develop critical thinking and research skills through project-based learning.
• Assess, track, and support student progress through coursework and assessments.
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into lessons.
• Foster a student-centered classroom that encourages inquiry and collaboration.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the science curriculum and teaching strategies.
• Participate in professional development programs to stay updated with STEM education trends.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field).
• A recognized teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
• Proven experience teaching BTEC Science or a similar curriculum.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for STEM education and hands-on learning.
