Role Overview: Science Teacher

As a Middle and High School Science Teacher, you will:

• Demonstrate Christian values through attitude, speech, and actions.
• Teach engaging science lessons that promote critical thinking and inquiry-based learning.
• Develop structured lesson plans that align with established curricular goals.
• Create an interactive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
• Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning needs and abilities.
• Integrate biblical principles into lesson content where appropriate.
• Support students with Individualized Educational Programs (IEP) in collaboration with the Special Education Coordinator.
• Maintain accurate student records for progress tracking and assessments.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies that encourage positive reinforcement.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• A committed Christian with a strong personal testimony.
• A bachelor’s degree in Science, Education, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• 1-2 years of teaching experience (preferred).
• A valid teaching license (preferred).
• A passion for mentoring students and fostering both academic and spiritual growth.
