Role: Science Teacher (Key Stage 3, GCSE & A-Level)
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Science at Key Stage 3, GCSE, and A-Level, following the UK curriculum.
- Design engaging, inquiry-based lessons that encourage critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Utilize modern teaching techniques and laboratory experiments to enhance learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Create an inclusive, student-centered learning environment that supports diverse abilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to maximize student success.
- Participate in extracurricular activities, science fairs, and professional development programs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Education, or a related field.
- Recognized teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
- Proven experience teaching Science at secondary level, including A-Level.
- Strong understanding of the British curriculum and assessment standards.
- Passion for hands-on, interactive, and student-led learning.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to develop a love for Science.
