Role: IB Science Teacher

As an IB Science Teacher, you will teach a variety of science subjects to students enrolled in the International Baccalaureate (IB) program. You will create engaging lessons that encourage students to think critically and analytically, fostering a love for science and its real-world applications. Your role will include preparing students for the challenges of the IB curriculum while providing a student-centered learning environment that supports inquiry-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging IB Science lessons to foster a strong understanding of key scientific principles.
• Encourage inquiry-based learning, empowering students to explore scientific concepts independently and collaboratively.
• Create an inclusive and student-focused classroom environment, where all students feel supported and motivated to learn.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or a related field.
• Valid Teaching Certification such as QTS, PGCE, or an equivalent credential.
• IB Teaching Qualification: Must have an IB-specific teaching qualification or relevant experience with the IB curriculum.
• Experience: A minimum of two years of teaching experience in an IB or equivalent program.
