Position: SEN Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Assess students’ learning needs and develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide tailored support and intervention strategies for students with diverse learning challenges.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement inclusive teaching practices.
• Utilize evidence-based teaching methods to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Monitor student progress, adjusting strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
• Work closely with parents, support staff, and school leadership to create a holistic support system.
• Stay updated with the latest SEN teaching strategies and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in supporting students with learning difficulties and special educational needs.
• Expertise in IEP development, differentiated instruction, and inclusive classroom practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and specialists.
