Your profile:
• Completed training in school remedial education
• Several years of professional experience as a special education teacher in the Swiss school system
• Empathy, patience and joy in promoting individual development processes
• German as a foreign language and/or German as a foreign language teaching qualification desirable
• Above-average commitment, high ability to work in a team and flexibility in everyday school life
• High communication skills in German and English
• Positive attitude, interest and sensitivity towards other cultures and languages

Your tasks:
• You plan and carry out special education learning opportunities in team teaching, in groups and in individual lessons.
• They record the learning level, learning requirements and learning potential of learners.
• You develop and evaluate individual support plans that are tailored to the level of development and the needs of the learners are tailored.
• You support and advise guardians and teachers in dealing with Learners with special needs.
• You work closely with internal and external specialist departments.
• You maintain interdisciplinary collaboration within the special education team.
• You record the language skills of learners in German and plan offers Language support and carry it out.
