Role Overview
The Senior School English Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons that foster a deep appreciation for literature, language, and communication. The role involves teaching across upper grades, preparing students for board examinations, and developing their analytical, interpretive, and creative writing skills. The teacher will also contribute to school-wide literary and co-curricular programs that enhance students’ confidence and global outlook.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with CAIE or CISCE English curriculum standards.
- Foster critical thinking, reading comprehension, and advanced writing skills.
- Encourage open discussions and debates to enhance students’ communication abilities.
- Integrate technology and multimedia tools to make learning more interactive.
- Prepare students for internal assessments and board examinations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of international curricula such as CAIE or CISCE.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
