Are you passionate about coaching and nurturing young talent in the realms of swimming? Mahindra International School (MIS) is seeking dedicated and experienced coaches to lead our teams in the upcoming season. As a Swimming coach at MIS, you will play a pivotal role in developing our student-athletes and ensuring their success in ISACI competitions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct ISACI practice sessions three times a week, adhering to the following schedule unless otherwise arranged with the Athletic Director:

Monday: 3.00pm – 4.00pm

Wednesday: 3.00pm – 4.30pm

Saturday: 9.00am – 11.00am

Attend ISACI tournaments and all related events.

Participate in interschool matches organized throughout the season.

Oversee the distribution and collection of team uniforms, ensuring timely returns within 7 days of the conclusion of the ISACI tournament.

Prepare and submit an end-of-season write-up to the Athletic Director, consisting of 300 to 400 words and including at least three photos from throughout the season (excluding team photos). This submission must occur within 7 days of the ISACI tournament’s completion.

Provide an electronic copy of the team photo to the Athletic Director, with all players dressed in the correct team uniform, within 7 days of the ISACI tournament’s conclusion.

Submit the names for the Most Valuable Athlete and Most Improved Athlete to the Athletic Director within 7 days of the ISACI tournament’s completion.
