Role Overview: Teaching Assistant – Kindergarten
As a Teaching Assistant in our kindergarten department, you will play a vital role in supporting lead teachers and ensuring children feel safe, engaged, and inspired. You will assist in lesson delivery, prepare learning materials, monitor classroom behavior, and provide one-on-one support to students when needed. Your contribution will help establish a positive foundation for lifelong learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Demonstrated experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and classroom support skills
- Strong understanding of early childhood development
