Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and patient Teaching Assistant to support Foundation Stage/Primary students. Ideal candidates will have experience in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage/Primary or National Curriculum for England. This role is ideal for those already based in Dubai who wish to contribute to our nurturing educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Learning: Work closely with teachers to create a supportive learning environment. Prepare and maintain resources needed for learning activities.
• Assist with Teaching: Implement teaching programs, adjusting activities based on student needs and responses. Encourage active participation in learning activities.
• Build Relationships: Establish positive relationships with students, serving as a role model and addressing individual needs. Promote independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion.
• Administrative Support: Provide clerical and administrative support to the teacher as required.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum High School education in English and Mathematics; a degree is preferred.
• Experience: Proven track record in supporting Foundation Stage/Primary students or a keen interest in starting a career as a Teaching Assistant.
• Skills: High levels of motivation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and inspire students.
