Role: Upper Elementary Homeroom Teacher

As an Upper Elementary Homeroom Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping students’ educational journey by delivering engaging lessons, fostering a love for learning, and supporting their academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging, student-centered lesson plans aligned with the American curriculum.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom environment that supports critical thinking and creativity.
• Use differentiated instruction to accommodate diverse learning needs and abilities.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, classroom activities, and academic goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum design and instructional strategies.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to stay updated on best teaching practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching license (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an elementary school setting.
• Pre-AP, AP, or IB Certification preferred.
• Strong ability to create a student-focused learning environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
• Passion for educational excellence and continuous learning.
