Role Overview: Year 3 Teacher

As a Year 3 Teacher, you will play a key role in developing and delivering engaging lessons that align with our Christian ethos and international curriculum. You will foster a supportive, academically challenging environment that nurtures each child’s spiritual and intellectual growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 3 students based on international curriculum standards
• Integrate biblical principles into teaching and classroom life
• Create a positive, structured classroom environment that promotes respect and curiosity
• Assess student progress regularly and provide timely, constructive feedback
• Work closely with parents and school staff to support student development
• Contribute to school events, extracurricular activities, and staff meetings
• Participate actively in professional development and faith-based training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field
• Valid teaching certification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
• Minimum of two years teaching experience in a primary or elementary classroom
• Familiarity with international curricula (e.g., British or American)
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A strong personal faith and commitment to Christian education
• High proficiency in spoken and written English
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and proactive in improving curriculum and school programs
