Role: Year 4 Teacher
The Year 4 Teacher will develop engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with international standards and biblical principles. You will foster a safe, nurturing classroom that encourages academic excellence, critical thinking, and spiritual growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and teach Year 4 curriculum based on international frameworks
- Integrate Christian worldview into lessons and classroom culture
- Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff
- Assess and track student learning and adjust instruction accordingly
- Contribute to school-wide events and initiatives
- Collaborate with a diverse team of teachers and leaders
- Participate in faith-based and professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field
- A recognized teaching license (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- Minimum two years of teaching experience, ideally in an international or Christian school
- Familiarity with international curricula (e.g., British, American, or IPC)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Active Christian faith and alignment with the school’s mission
- Self-motivated, organized, and committed to long-term impact
