Role: Primary French Teacher

We are seeking a skilled Primary French Teacher who can deliver engaging language lessons while promoting a positive and interactive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging French language lessons that align with the National Curriculum for England.
• Introduce students to French vocabulary, grammar, and cultural insights through interactive activities, role-play, and storytelling.
• Use creative teaching methods to develop students’ listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Assess student progress through a variety of strategies, including classwork, projects, and assessments.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages language exploration and confidence.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support cross-curricular learning opportunities.
• Participate in school events, language clubs, and cultural activities to enrich students’ learning experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• B.Ed. in French or a related field, or a degree with PGCE/PGDE and strong subject knowledge.
• Minimum of three years’ experience teaching French in a Primary school setting under the National Curriculum for England.
• Proven ability to create engaging and interactive language lessons that motivate students.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for promoting language learning.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and teamwork.
