Role Overview
The MS/HS English Teacher will teach English Language Arts to middle and high school students while helping them strengthen both their academic and personal growth. The teacher will design engaging lessons that build literacy, analytical thinking, and creativity, while also encouraging a love for reading and effective communication. This role requires a strong background in secondary English education, the ability to integrate technology, and a commitment to fostering a bilingual learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English Language Arts to middle and high school students
- Design engaging lessons that promote reading, writing, speaking, and critical analysis
- Create a supportive classroom environment that integrates Christian values
- Differentiate instruction to support diverse learners
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
- Valid teaching license or certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience at the middle or high school level
- Familiarity with international curricula and student-centered approaches
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Enthusiasm for professional development and collaborative work
- Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to student success
