Role Overview
In this position, you will deliver engaging physical education lessons in both English and Chinese, promoting fitness, sportsmanship, and lifelong healthy habits. You will organize a variety of sports activities, develop age-appropriate fitness programs, and support students in achieving both personal and team goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach PE classes aligned with international curricula (IGCSE, A-Level, AP)
- Coach and mentor students in individual and team sports
- Plan and manage school sports events, competitions, and extracurricular activities
- Foster an inclusive environment that encourages participation from all students
- Use modern technologies and tools to track progress and enhance training methods
- Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate health and wellness into the school culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Education or a related field
- Valid teaching license or equivalent certification (QTS, PGCE, etc.)
- Minimum three years of relevant teaching experience, preferably in an international school
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
- Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
