Position: Biology Teacher
As a Biology Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering engaging lessons, fostering curiosity, and helping students develop critical thinking and scientific inquiry skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Biology at the appropriate grade levels following the IB curriculum
- Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons that encourage inquiry and experimentation
- Foster a love for science by integrating hands-on activities, laboratory work, and real-world applications
- Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments
- Use innovative teaching strategies and technology to enhance learning outcomes
- Collaborate with fellow educators and contribute to the science department’s growth
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students pursuing higher-level biology courses
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Science Education, or a related field
- Valid Teaching License or equivalent certification
- Proven experience in teaching Biology at the middle or high school level
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
