Role: Business Studies Teacher
The Business Studies Teacher will play a key role in developing students’ understanding of business concepts, economics, and entrepreneurship. This position offers an opportunity to deliver high-quality lessons, promote critical thinking, and prepare students for real-world business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive Business Studies lessons aligned with the British curriculum.
- Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills through real-world case studies and business simulations.
- Monitor, assess, and track student progress to ensure continuous academic growth.
- Use innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Guide students in exam preparation, coursework, and business-related projects.
- Maintain strong communication with parents and school leadership regarding student performance.
- Stay updated with current business trends and industry developments, integrating them into lessons.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular initiatives that connect business education with other subjects.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
- Minimum of two years of teaching experience in Business Studies at the secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of the British curriculum and international education standards.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students, fostering a passion for business and entrepreneurship.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and innovative teaching practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
