Role: Class Teacher & Maths Leader
In this role, you will:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the British curriculum.
- Plan and implement high-quality mathematics instruction that meets student needs.
- Develop and oversee the school’s maths strategy, ensuring consistency across year groups.
- Use innovative teaching techniques to build students’ confidence and mathematical understanding.
- Monitor student progress through assessments and provide targeted support where needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote cross-curricular learning opportunities.
- Support school-wide initiatives to improve teaching standards and student outcomes.
- Mentor fellow teachers, sharing best practices in mathematics instruction.
Qualifications & Requirements
Successful candidates should have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- A valid teaching license such as QTS, PGCE, or an equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience teaching mathematics in a British curriculum school or international setting.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in mentoring or guiding other teachers.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
- A passion for inspiring students and helping them build strong numeracy skills.
