Role: Early Years Homeroom Teacher – Surabaya Campus
In this role, you will:
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in English for early years learners.
- Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Develop learning plans that support emotional, social, and academic growth.
- Monitor and assess student development using varied teaching strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with parents and involve them in their child’s learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to school-wide initiatives and events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
- At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience in early years or kindergarten settings.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Passion for teaching in an international, multicultural environment.
