Role Overview
The Elementary Classroom Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons that foster curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. You will support students’ academic, social, and emotional development while collaborating with colleagues and parents to create a positive and inclusive school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach and manage an elementary classroom using international best practices
- Integrate bilingual learning opportunities into daily lessons
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and school initiatives
- Support extracurricular programs that enrich the student experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field
- Valid teaching license or certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years of elementary teaching experience
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Familiarity with international curricula and bilingual education models
- Commitment to professional growth and collaboration
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
