Position Overview:
The Elementary English Teacher will be responsible for teaching core English language skills, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking, to elementary-level students. The ideal candidate will develop engaging lesson plans that foster language proficiency, creativity, and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the school curriculum and educational standards.
• Teach foundational language skills, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing.
• Encourage a love for literature by introducing age-appropriate stories, poems, and texts.
• Design and implement creative activities to enhance students’ verbal and written communication skills.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress through assessments, assignments, and projects.
• Provide individualized support to students, catering to their varying learning styles and abilities.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote cross-curricular learning and participate in school activities.
• Stay updated with educational best practices and integrate technology into the classroom where appropriate.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English Language & Literature and Education or a Bachelor of Science in Education with a minor in English (required).
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent credentials (preferred).
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international or multicultural school setting.
• Strong knowledge of English language instruction and effective teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
• A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
