Position Overview: KG English Teacher Assistant

As a KG English Teacher Assistant, you will:

• Support the lead teacher in creating a stimulating and structured classroom environment.
• Assist in literacy development through engaging activities.
• Encourage language acquisition and communication skills through interactive lessons.
• Facilitate play-based learning by integrating educational content into structured play.
• Manage classroom routines, resources, and materials effectively.
• Work closely with the teaching team to implement early childhood best practices.
• Use technology to enhance learning experiences, such as interactive whiteboards and educational apps.

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an Early Childhood Education (ECE) background.
• At least 3 years of experience working with 4-5-year-old children.
• Fluent English-speaking skills with strong communication abilities.
• A patient, kind, and flexible attitude suited for young learners.
• An enthusiastic and engaging personality to create a nurturing classroom.
• Strong organizational skills for managing classroom routines and resources.
• Experience in collaborative teamwork, supporting teachers and students alike.
• Knowledge of instructional technology, such as interactive whiteboards and iPad apps, is a plus.
