Position: Maths Teacher (Years 5-8)

As a Maths Teacher at Aldenham Prep Riyadh, you will:

• Deliver high-quality Maths lessons aligned with UK National Curriculum objectives.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students at varying attainment levels.
• Use formative and summative assessment methods to track student progress and refine teaching strategies.
• Foster problem-solving, logical reasoning, and mathematical thinking to build student confidence.
• Support and coach teachers in Years 1-4 to improve numeracy instruction and strengthen mathematical foundations.
• Collaborate with other Maths specialists to develop curriculum resources and schemes of work.

Qualifications & Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• A degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 2 and/or Key Stage 3, with strong knowledge of UK National Curriculum standards.
• A proven ability to differentiate instruction to support diverse learning needs.
• Experience in or willingness to mentor teachers in numeracy instruction.
