Role: Preschool Teacher

The successful candidate will:

• Design and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences
• Focus on early literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and social-emotional development
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom that promotes exploration and discovery
• Use storytelling, music, hands-on activities, and art to enhance learning outcomes
• Observe, document, and assess student growth through learning milestones and informal assessments
• Build positive relationships with students and support their emotional well-being
• Maintain consistent communication with parents and provide progress reports
• Collaborate with teaching teams to develop effective strategies and share best practices
• Ensure the learning environment is organized, clean, and filled with engaging materials

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience teaching preschool or early childhood learners
• Deep knowledge of early childhood education principles and international best practices
• Excellent classroom management and interpersonal communication skills
• Passion for working in an international school setting
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
