Role Overview: Primary Teacher
As a Primary Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds through innovative, engaging lessons that promote critical thinking, curiosity, and character development. You will help students build strong literacy, numeracy, and interpersonal skills through student-centered instruction and a nurturing classroom culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver effective lessons aligned with the American curriculum
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
- Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment
- Integrate educational technology to enhance student learning
- Monitor and assess student progress with formative and summative tools
- Communicate regularly with parents and colleagues to support student success
- Contribute to school events, enrichment programs, and collaborative planning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in primary education
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- High level of proficiency in spoken and written English
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and committed to ongoing professional growth
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to support learning
