Role Overview: Psychology Teacher

As a Psychology Teacher, you will:

• Teach psychology to secondary students, including IGCSE and A-Level
• Develop and deliver engaging, thought-provoking lessons based on the British curriculum
• Inspire students to think critically and apply psychological concepts to real-world contexts
• Assess student performance effectively and provide clear, constructive feedback
• Support academic mentoring, pastoral care, and extracurricular involvement
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary learning across subjects

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a closely related field
• Recognized teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or international equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Psychology at secondary or post-16 level
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for psychological education
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Dedication to working in a diverse international school community
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
