Position: SEN Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special learning needs.
• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Provide targeted interventions to support students in areas such as literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure students receive the best possible education.
• Conduct assessments to track student progress and adjust learning plans accordingly.
• Use assistive technology and specialized resources to enhance student learning experiences.
• Stay updated with best practices in special education through continuous professional development.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
• Proven experience working with students with special educational needs.
• Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and inclusive classroom strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for creating a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
