Role: Sports Coach

As a Sports Coach, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality sports training, fitness programs, and competitive team coaching. You will inspire students by promoting an active lifestyle and encouraging them to reach their full athletic potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and lead Early Morning Sports Club sessions (6:40 – 7:45 AM) and After-School training (2:30 – 4:30 PM), including competitive matches and fixtures.
• Coach and train school teams in various sports, such as Netball, Volleyball, Rugby, and Basketball.
• Assist in teaching PE and swim lessons for younger students.
• Maintain discipline, motivation, and sportsmanship among students.
• Support curriculum delivery, collaborating with PE teachers to enhance the student learning experience.
• Manage sports-related social media content, including video and photography for fixtures and matches.
• Participate in departmental meetings, administrative tasks, and event organization.
• Ensure alignment with UAE initiatives and cultural expectations while promoting sports education.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Essential – Relevant coaching qualifications in one or more sports.
• A degree in a relevant subject is an advantage.
• A proven track record of coaching success, with experience demonstrating outstanding practice and student progress.
• Strong ability to motivate and inspire students to excel in sports.
• Effective team player with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for continuous professional development, staying updated with the latest trends in sports education.
• Cleared Police and Safeguarding Background Checks.
