Position: Teaching Assistant
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students’ academic and personal development. You will work closely with teachers to create a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment that fosters student growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students one-on-one or in small groups during lessons to reinforce learning.
- Assist in classroom management by ensuring students follow school rules and maintain appropriate behavior.
- Help teachers with recordkeeping tasks, including attendance and student progress tracking.
- Prepare learning materials, resources, and classroom equipment, such as computers and teaching aids.
- Supervise students in classrooms, hallways, lunch areas, and during field trips, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant educational software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A positive and patient attitude towards working with children.
