About Ipeka Integrated Christian School

Established in 1999, IICS is part of the respected IPEKA school network and serves more than 1,000 students from Kindergarten through Grade 12. The school provides a rigorous international education within a Christian context. English is the primary language of instruction, while students also learn Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.

Our curriculum aligns with Australian academic standards for Kindergarten through Grade 9. In Grade 10, students transition to a pre-IB Diploma Programme, followed by the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) in Grades 11 and 12. In recognition of our high standards, IICS holds accreditation from both the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).

Position: Business and Economics Teacher

In this role, you will:

• Design and deliver engaging lessons in Business and Economics.
• Integrate real-world examples that help students grasp complex concepts.
• Prepare students for success in international exams such as the IBDP.
• Foster analytical thinking, ethical reasoning, and global awareness.
• Collaborate with a team of dedicated educators.
• Uphold a classroom environment rooted in Christian principles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Valid teaching license or international certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE).
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in teaching Business and/or Economics.
• Experience with international curricula such as IB, Cambridge, or Pearson preferred.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• High proficiency in English.
• Dedication to professional growth and working in a multicultural Christian school.
