Role: Homeroom Teacher
As a Homeroom Teacher at Inspiros International School, you will:
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons across core subjects such as English, Mathematics, and Science.
- Create a classroom environment that promotes respect, active participation, and inquiry-based learning.
- Monitor student development and implement strategies to support individual learning needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the school and parents, maintaining open and constructive communication.
- Collaborate with other educators to ensure a consistent and cohesive approach to teaching and learning.
- Encourage positive behavior, emotional well-being, and a growth mindset in students.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Recognized teaching certification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a homeroom or classroom teaching role
- Familiarity with the Cambridge Curriculum is strongly preferred
- Excellent classroom management and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment
- High level of spoken and written English proficiency
- Dedication to professional growth and student success
