Role: IBDP Biology Teacher

As an IBDP Biology Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the IB curriculum. You will guide students through inquiry-based learning and prepare them for success in both internal and external assessments. Your role will include mentoring students, contributing to curriculum development, and working collaboratively with colleagues to uphold the school’s high academic standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology or a related subject
• Valid teaching license or recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS)
• At least 2 years of experience teaching Biology at IGCSE and IB Diploma levels
• Deep understanding of the IB framework and assessment standards
• Proven ability to engage and motivate students in an international classroom setting
• Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills
• High level of fluency in spoken and written English
• Proactive and reflective approach to teaching and professional growth
• Ability to collaborate effectively with parents, students, and teaching staff
• Proficiency in integrating educational technology into daily instruction
