Role Overview: Primary Teacher
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners. You will create a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes academic achievement, creativity, and curiosity. Collaboration with colleagues and strong parent partnerships are key components of this role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related subject
- A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience in a similar primary role
- Excellent subject knowledge and instructional planning skills
- Strong classroom management and student engagement strategies
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to professional development
- Experience with educational technology is a strong advantage
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
