Role: Teacher of Geography
As a Teacher of Geography, you will create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that promotes student independence and academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver creative and engaging geography lessons that inspire curiosity and deepen students’ understanding of the world.
- Use interactive and real-world learning methods to make geography relevant and meaningful.
- Encourage students to develop critical thinking, research, and analytical skills.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners, including those at the Hemam Centre.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support student success.
- Stay up to date with geographical developments and educational best practices to enhance teaching effectiveness.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture where every student feels valued.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Geography or a related field.
- Valid teaching license (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
- Proven teaching experience in geography at the secondary level.
- A passion for student-centered and inquiry-based learning.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
