Role Overview: K–12 Teacher
As a K–12 Teacher, you will deliver high-quality instruction to students across relevant year levels, depending on your experience and subject expertise. You will play a key role in shaping students’ learning journeys by creating a safe, supportive, and academically stimulating classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge Curriculum
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
- Integrate technology to enhance teaching and student engagement
- Monitor and assess student progress through varied assessment tools
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Participate actively in school events, team planning, and professional development
- Contribute to extracurricular programs and school-wide initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum two years of teaching experience in an international or bilingual setting
- Strong knowledge of the Cambridge Curriculum (preferred)
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and reflective teaching practices
