Role Overview
The Psychology Teacher will teach middle and high school students, guiding them through foundational and advanced topics in psychology. The teacher will help learners understand human behavior, mental processes, and social dynamics through engaging, research-based instruction. This position offers an opportunity to shape young minds, promote emotional intelligence, and encourage students to think critically about human nature and society.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Psychology following international curriculum standards such as IGCSE or IB
- Develop and deliver lessons that promote inquiry, analysis, and discussion
- Encourage students to apply psychological concepts to real-world contexts
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies in the classroom
- Evaluate student progress through regular assessments and feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to support interdisciplinary learning

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum three years of teaching experience in middle or high school
- Familiarity with international curricula (IGCSE, IB, or Cambridge programs)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
