Role Overview: Early Years Teacher
The successful candidate will teach students aged 3 to 5, nurturing their curiosity, independence, and love for learning. You will plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons that support both academic and social-emotional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons based on the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Foster a warm, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Use formative assessments to track progress and personalize instruction
- Communicate regularly with parents to share student development and learning goals
- Collaborate with teaching teams to ensure curriculum continuity and best practices
- Integrate technology and hands-on learning tools into daily instruction
- Participate in school events, parent workshops, and ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Recognized teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, EYTS, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching in an early years setting
- Familiarity with the British curriculum, particularly EYFS
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- High level of proficiency in written and spoken English
- Strong commitment to collaboration and reflective practice
