Role: Kindergarten Teacher
As a Kindergarten Teacher at Hope Academy, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and delivering engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and foster a love for learning in young children.
- Using the IB PYP framework to guide students in their inquiry-based learning journey.
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic development of students.
- Encouraging students to develop strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and creativity.
- Collaborating with other educators to enhance the school’s holistic approach to education.
- Maintaining open communication with parents to keep them informed about their child’s progress.
- Participating in ongoing professional development to continuously improve teaching methods and educational practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching license or certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
- Proven teaching experience in early childhood education, particularly in the IB PYP framework.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
- A deep enthusiasm for working in a multicultural and international school setting.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and learning.
- High proficiency in both spoken and written English.
