Role Overview: Kindergarten Teacher
As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. You will help foster foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, social interaction, and inquiry-based exploration. The position requires strong communication, creativity, and a deep understanding of early years pedagogy.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate, student-centered lessons in English
- Support social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Foster curiosity, independence, and creativity through hands-on activities
- Collaborate with bilingual teaching partners and other staff
- Maintain regular communication with parents about student progress
- Contribute to a warm, inclusive, and professional school culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Recognized teaching license or certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of kindergarten teaching experience
- Native-level fluency in English
- Familiarity with international early childhood education frameworks
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
- Technologically literate and open to innovative teaching methods
- Energetic, reflective, and collaborative mindset
